Anti-rust painting

The paint can prevent the metal from the rust and enhance the adhesion. After painting the antirust paint the 

metal can be isolated from air. The paint passivate the metal and prevent the metal from the rust. There are 

physical binding and chemical binding caused by passivation layer. So the adhesion is strong.

 

Electro Galvanized Steel is a zinc coated metal that is produced through an electroplating process. This

process uses an electric current to plate the metal with zinc. This enhances its corrosion resistance. 

The electro galvanized nails generally used in the package of some more sophisticated electronic

 products,appliance,etc.

 

Hot-dip galvanized is  the process of coating iron, steel or aluminum with a thin zinc layer, by passing 

the metal through a molten bath of zinc at a temperature of around 860 °C. When exposed to the 

atmosphere, the pure zinc reacts with oxygen to form zinc oxide , which further reacts with carbon

dioxide  to form zinc carbonate, a usually dull grey, fairly strong material that stops further corrosion

 in many circumstances.Hot dip galvanized nails widely  used in bad environment is relatively poor, 

such as corrosion of air and liquid; relatively humid, such as beach houses and parapets connection.
